The vision of body mechanics is to create a space which is a sanctuary for body and mind. It serves those who reside and work in the southeast and greater Portland area. We are committed to promoting health and wellness by helping people rediscover their connection to their own physicality. Our mission is to bring body awareness and physical focus to everyone who walks through our door. We provide individual and group Pilates sessions as well as Intuitive Bodywork, Reiki, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Thai massage.
